4. Hoàn tất các thiết lập chung

Đầu tiên, chúng ta cần xác định các loại nghiệp vụ. Tất cả các loại nghiệp vụ cần thiết được liệt kê trong cột E của bảng DATAVIEW.

Định nghĩa các loại nghiệp vụ: Hãy tạo một mẫu nhập Excel cho các loại nghiệp vụ. Vào Lập Báo Cáo > Nhu Liệu, nhấn biểu tượng dấu + để thêm tên bảng dữ liệu IJNL, chọn bảng lajournaldefinition, lưu, chạy và tải xuống. Sau đó điền dữ liệu vào.

Trong bảng dữ liệu mẫu MISA có 13 loại nghiệp vụ khác nhau. Để tiện lợi cho bạn, đây là liên kết để tải xuống tệp định nghĩa nghiệp vụ hoàn chỉnh: IJNL - MISA

Đi đến Kế Toán Sổ Cái > Lập Nghiệp Vụ > Loại Nghiệp Vụ và tải lên. Đừng quên cập nhật phạm vi dữ liệu (named range) cho tệp dữ liệu trước khi tải.

Second, we need to create a chart of accounts for this sample data. All necessary account codes are listed in the column L of the DATAVIEW sheet.

• Set up Chart Of Accounts - COA:

Let’s generate an Excel import template for a chart of accounts. You can refer to session IV.1 for more details. Otherwise, go to Lập Báo Cáo > Nhu Liệu, click + to add the dataset name ICOA. Select the lachartaccounts table, save, run and download it. Then fill it up with the chart of accounts data.

To fill the ICOA template, the easiest way is to download the complete sample of Chart of Accounts for Vietnam Accounting System at COA - VAS, then remove unused accounts.

Go to Kế Toán Sổ Cái > Tài Khoản and import it. Don’t forget to adjust the data named range

Third, follow the steps in the previous session Ledger & Currency to set up a currency VND and USD for this sample data.

Go to Kế Toán Sổ Cái > Lập Nghiệp Vụ > Thiết Đặt Sổ Cái and make sure you select VND as a base currency.

Finally, we would need to set up analysis codes, journal presets, customers, suppliers, banks… to generate powerful management reports. But it is not required by now. We would do it when preparing reports.

1. Import data

Now, go to Kế Toán Sổ Cái > Journal Import, preview your data again and click on the import button.

That’s it.

Now let’s go create desired reports.
